Buying at Lawsons
Over 1500 items are sold at Lawsons’ auctions each week and include: antique and modern furniture, decorative arts & collectables, Australian and International paintings, books, maps, prints, wine, jewellery, 20th century design, vintage costume, Australiana, electricals & bric-a-brac and more. Items are on view each Thursday afternoon from 1pm until 6.30pm and we have an extended view for the Fine and Decorative Arts and Antiques sale at the end of the month. If you can’t attend the auction in person there are a number of ways in which you can participate as an absentee bidder. To ensure you don’t miss out why not make use of our Lot Alert  facility, a function which enables to you to edit

your own ‘wish list’.

 

Selling at Lawsons

Our valuers are able to advise the best method of disposal, whether it be in the saleroom, on-line,

at an on-site auction, by private treaty sale or through the tender process.

Our fee for selling is commission based and works on a sliding scale dependant on the value and volume

of goods consigned. Payment by cheque follows the auction within ten working days of the sale.
